In Chinese culture, the monkey is widely regarded as a clever yet mischievous creature.
Here in Singapore, the most commonly seen native primate- long-tailed macaques, can easily be found in our rainforests and nature reserves. These macaques fulfil an important role in Singapore’s ecology as they help disperse seeds, thus maintaining the natural balance in the ecosystem.
