Delivery

Orders less than $100 are charged $20, orders between $100 and $500 are charged $30, and orders over $500 are charged $60.

Once we receive your order, you will receive an email within 48 hours informing you of a delivery slot. Standard delivery is usually within 7 working days. We deliver on Thursday between 11am – 4pm excluding Singapore national holidays. You may email nique@singaporetradingpost if you would like to be contacted on the morning the items will be dispatched. More often than not we deliver within 2 days.

Small items may also be sent via Speedpost. Call 8891 9950 for queries.

International Orders - Please email jo@singaporetradingpost for all international orders (we do not ship furniture abroad, only accessories).  We can quote the shipping for you and send link. International orders take approximately 7 days 

Those items for shipment to countries outside of Singapore may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

Cash on Delivery - Unfortunately, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not possible with our online shop. 
If you would like to see an item in person, we hope that you will come join us at either our Tan Boon Liat or Joo Chiat.

Self Collection: STP will specify which shop location your order can be collected from. The majority of orders will need be collected from Tan Boon Liat, but some items may only be at our Joo Chiat store. If you are unable to pick up from the store with your order, we can arrange delivery to your address at the normal delivery price as specified on the website. Please contact 8891 9950 for queries.
