WHAT IS THE THE DELIVERY COST?

Orders less than $100 are charged $20, orders between $100 and $500 are charged $30, and orders over $500 are charged $60.

Items are sent either via courier or speedpost depending upon their size. Please check out our delivery page for more information.

International Orders - Small and medium size products are sent via post. Please email nique@singaporetradingpost.com to ask the cost on your order.

Those items for shipment to countries outside of Singapore may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T LOVE THE ITEM I ORDERED?

Please email nique@singaporetradingpost.com within 7 days and we will issue a voucher for the same amount, or you can exchange for anything else in store. Any further pick up or delivery costs will not be covered by Singapore Trading Post.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT LOOKS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM THE WEBSITE?

The majority of our products are hand-made. As a result, every piece has its own unique characteristics and charm. We recommend you ensure that you check carefully that the ordered product meets your expectations before placing your order. As mentioned above, if you don't love your item, please visit us in the shop for to exchange or request vouchers.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE ITEMS THAT ARE FAULTY OR DAMAGED?

If your item(s) are damaged or malfunctioning in any way, simply return them within 7 calendar days in their original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ITEMS?

Singapore Trading Post utilizes PayPal as our payment gateway. While checking out with Paypal, can use PayPal directly or your Visa or MasterCard. 

ARE MY BANK DETAILS SAFE WITH YOU?

Yes, very. As mentioned above, our site utilizes Paypal and is extremely secure.

CAN I ORDER BY TELEPHONE?

We are happy to take your order by telephone. Please call +65 8891 9950. Please note however, that all phone orders must be paid in full prior to delivery. 

CAN I ORDER IF I LIVE ABROAD?

We are thrilled by the international demand for our products! While we do not deliver any furniture or large items abroad, we can send small and some medium size items via post. If you have questions about shipping costs internationally, please don't hesitate to email jo@singaporetradingpost.com
